You can ask us to delete your Medtax account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to request it, what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
Email us at dpo@medtax.ph from your registered email address, with the subject “Account deletion request.” Include your registered name and email so we can verify it's you. You can also ask your assigned Medtax account manager to start the request for you.
Once your identity is verified, we delete your account profile and login credentials, along with the personal data we are not legally required to keep — including uploaded documents and figures that are not part of a filed return.
Tax returns and documents that have already been filed or generated are retained for at least five (5) years under restricted access, as Philippine tax record-keeping law requires. After that period, they are securely disposed of or anonymized.
We action verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days and let you know once it is done.
