Data Analyst (Junior) –
Excel-Focused (Power BI Training Provided)

Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience)
About the role
We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst to help us keep our data organized, accurate, and useful for decision-making. This role is Excel-heavy, and you’ll also help manage reporting in Power BI—don’t worry if you’re not advanced yet; we’ll teach you, as long as you’re willing to learn.
Key Functions / Responsibilities
- Collate, clean, and consolidate data in Excel from multiple sources
- Maintain structured Excel files and reporting templates for accuracy and consistency
- Support report creation and updating in Power BI (training provided)
- Prepare recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and ensure on-time delivery
- Perform basic data checks: identify missing data, duplicates, and inconsistencies
- Document report definitions and processes to keep reporting standardized
- Work with internal teams to understand what needs to be tracked and reported
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a data/reporting/admin analytics role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, basic formulas, data cleanup)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets
- Willing to learn Power BI and follow structured reporting processes
- Willing to work on-site
Nice to have (Not Required)
- Power Query / basic dashboard experience
- Any experience with Power BI, even if minimal
- Any experience creating KPIs and recurring reports
